初めまして, Lee here! I’ve been working as Tacchi’s branding and communication intern for the past month. よろしくお願いします!
On Tuesday, Ian Lynam, a good friend of the studio, invited the Tacchi/Canvas team to the first iteration of his new talk series Supplement Tokyo – an event of design and art related talks by the top creative minds in Tokyo.
It was held at the newly re-designed student lounge in Temple University Tokyo, and we were thrilled to be part of it, together with some of Tokyo’s brightest creatives.
We also got an awesome opportunity to present Canvas to these wonderful people and the university students at Temple University Tokyo!
For the event, we set up a little Canvas corner and prepared a short introduction for people who did not know about Canvas, together with some freshly made leaflets and stickers.
Once it was Canvas’ turn, Mark and I took to the stage for a few minutes, where we got to share a few words and stories about what Canvas is, and how our users have been using Canvas.
When we asked how many audience members had heard of or were a member of Canvas, we were pleasantly surprised to see more than half of the audience raise their hands! It was amazing to see so many creatives together and it really shows how fast Canvas is growing with the support of the community.
It was a fantastic experience and we’re really thankful to Ian Lynam for hosting and inviting Canvas!
If you haven’t checked out Canvas yet, be sure to give it a visit at www.canvas.co.com!
