Last night I was very grateful to be invited to join a panel discussion alongside some of Tokyo’s finest entrepreneurs at Singapore-based BEAM Tokyo event, held at CyberAgent Ventures’ office in Shinjuku.

Beam Tokyo presenters: Takashi Kitao, Casey Wahl, Low Jian Liang, Jeffrey Moon, Mark McFarlane, Tim Romero

It was a fantastic evening of meeting fellow entrepreneurs, developers, designers and more.

It was very rewarding to be able to share my experiences and advice about entrepreneurship and digital product strategy with the audience, and to learn from the other panelists as they shared theirs.

BEAM’s platform shares many similarities with our in-house product, Canvas, in that they’re both focused on community building and connecting people. While Canvas focuses on creative communities, Beam is targeted at the startup world.
